Director of Operations Vacancy

The United Kingdom Armed Forces Rugby Football Club is looking for a new Director of Operations.

The UKAF RFC acts as the pinnacle of Armed Forces Rugby, based on a modus operandi not dissimilar to the British and Irish Lions, whereby the best of the players from all three services, backed by committed and expert support staff and officials, come together over the course of a 4-year cycle in order to achieve the guiding intent of winning both the women’s and men’s International Defence Rugby Competition (IDRC). The club is a registered charity and an association of the UK Armed Forces Sports Board

The Selection Process
Closing date for applications is Monday 1st  Apr 2024.

Applications should be made in writing, via email, to the UKAF Rugby Secretary. Written applications will be considered by a panel formed from members of the Executive Committee of UKAF RFC; candidates may be invited to interview to constitute a second round of the selection process if deemed appropriate by the panel.
