Men’s XV Remembrance Fixture

UKAF v Belgium is the 2026 Remembrance Fixture and the flagship match of the UK Armed Forces rugby calendar. In fact, it takes place at Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester, on Wednesday 11 November, Armistice Day itself. The UK Armed Forces Men’s XV face Belgium in front of serving personnel, veterans, families and supporters. It’s a match that honours everyone who has served, as well as those who gave their lives.
A Remembrance match on Armistice Day
The annual Remembrance Fixture is more than a game of rugby. Above all, it brings the Armed Forces community together to remember, reflect and celebrate the values at the heart of service rugby: courage, discipline, respect and teamwork. Before kick-off, players and supporters come together for a pre-match act of remembrance. As a result, Kingsholm has an atmosphere you won’t find at any other fixture of the season.
