Jess Bryan is a forward for the Royal Navy and the UK Armed Forces Women’s XV. Usually a number 8, she is often used in the second row and across the back row, and has played her club rugby for Gloucester-Hartpury.
Bryan won her first UKAF cap starting at number 8 in the Military vs Cancer win over the North of England XV, which UKAF won 29-24 at Kingston Park, Newcastle, in June 2025. Injury ruled her out of the 2025 International Defence Rugby Competition, but she stayed with the squad throughout the tournament, supporting the players and the team manager.
